How do I book tickets?

You can either book tickets for this incredible show direct at www.actingmoonevents.com or at www.knockhatch.com where you have the option of an incredible value offer to purchase a day ticket to the adventure park which would include the show.   

 

Can I choose where to sit?

Tickets are unreserved, and strictly limited. Theatre staff will indicate where your party will be sitting. I agree the data provided on booking can be used to contact me for track and trace purposes.

 

How long does the performance run?

The high-energy performance runs approx. 65 mins without an interval to avoid crowding. There will also be pre-show entertainment prior to each performance

 

Can I buy refreshments on site?

Yes, our café will be open for refreshments, 60 mins prior to each performance, which means you can arrive early and relax with food and drink and entertainment.

 

What measures do you have in place to make the theatre safe when I visit?

The Circus, although covered, is an `open-air` venue, but we are still making every effort to make sure you are as safe as possible. Please do not come to the theatre if you show any symptoms of Covid-19 according to government and NHS guidelines, or you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid-19 in the past 14 days. The Circus team will also be complying with all of the latest government guidance to ensure that the theatre is COVID-secure. 

 

Do I need to wear a mask when I am watching the show?

No, but we do request that reasonable social distancing with other audience members is observed wherever possible.

 

 

If I get ill with Covid before I see the show, or if where I live is in lockdown, will I get a refund?

Although our normal exchange and refund policy applies and we are not able to offer refunds, we may be able to offer alternative dates to see the same show.

 

What happens if a show is cancelled?

If a show is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for the value of your tickets, or a voucher for a future production.

 

Will there be any audience participation? Will we be allowed to shout out?

We are going to do whatever we can to keep the traditions of live performance alive, but we will be basing this on the latest government guidance at the time of the performance.

 

What ages will Magic & Mayhem be aimed at?

Like all good magic shows, this show will offer something for all ages from 6 years to 100. It will be a fast moving and exciting show with plenty of fun interaction, exciting magic and plenty more surprises for everyone.

 

Are the performers safe?

All our Panto performers will be living and working in their own bubbles and adhering to the latest government guidelines. However the management reserve the right to change the casting of any performer when necessary and no photos or videoing will be allowed

 

Is the tent heated and air conditioned?

For summer shows we have `natural air-conditioning` and in the winter months our heaters will be working to make sure that you are comfortable

 

Are there toilets on site?
